Champagne Wishes and Caviar Dreams was a charity dinner cruise organized by the Jeanette Williams Foundation for Children’s Cancer Research. The cruse was held on April 27, 2008, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

The cruise was held on the “Big White Boat” at FantaSea Yacht Charters at South Shore Harbour Resort. This brand new 117ft. custom built yacht is the “biggest chartered yacht on Clear Lake”. The captain welcomes everyone before departure and is pleased to show them the pilothouse.

There was a live auction, silent auction, dinner and dancing on a beautiful 3 hour cruise.

This event benefited the Jeanette Williams Foundation with a portion of the proceeds going to the children’s cancer research at U.T.M.B in Galveston, Texas.
